You're watching a rerun from a previous auction.  I thought the price seemed low for a vehicle used to haul a presidential candidate who became president.  But, most of the bidders come for cars, not buses.  Most of the non-car stuff they sell doesn't seem to attract high prices, but I also don't have any idea what stuff like guitars and grand pianos is worth either.

I plan to watch at least next Saturday's action on TV as that is when the best cars are sold.  The downside is they purposely will not have any of the high end cars that in the past have sold for a million dollars and up.  I suppose they are telling everyone to hold onto those vehicles until the market improves if they don't need the money.

The Barrett-Jackson car auction starts today (Jan 11th), but the bidding doesn't start until Tuesday.  Speed TV starts coverage Tuesday evening.
