Just yesterday a gentleman that owns a sign company in Detroit posted an ad on craigslist for very cheap galvanized sheet metal, aluminum and various other sheet metal. I am on my way right now to Detroit to pick up some galvanized sheet metal (it's the paint grip style) for our bus conversion. Five dollars a sheet for 4 x 8 sheets.

He had 20 gauge so that's what I used. The original skins previous owner has on the sides are 18 gauge paint grip, but his window locations are at major odds with our floor plan so we are changing things around.
