Title: Fuses?

I have a 85 96a3 mci do they use fuses and if so were the fuse box

Yes under the drivers window as well as in the engine compartment drivers side back door or the left wall as you look in near the door and bulkhead. There are some that reset by their selves also.  Most are not the type you buy at the auto parts store they are Ice cube type that you can see inside of them. Some maybe the type someone installed that you shove in a regular fuse but that would be when some one put something in that was not original to the coach.

Very few actual fuses, most are resettable circuit breakers.

As Dave said, outside compartment under driver's window, on the left inside the driver's side engine access door, and also in the front bay, driver's side, on the tunnel at the front bay bulkhead.

Are you having an issue, or just being a good Boy Scout?

Check both sides of all the circuit breakers with a test light or volt meter. If it shows power on one side, it should also show power on other side. Old circuit breakers can be bad.
