Update, as in software upgrade or mechanical upgrade?
My engine was done by these folks, well known and reputable, not sure if they do the ECM stuff.

Can't you just remove the EGR? Good Luck, TomC

I read that too Cliford, busting businesses selling defeat kits and parts and I guess shops too. When I read it all I thought about was those lame rolling coal trucks, not heavy trucks. What benefits come from these mods?
I hope they don't ban the ECU mods that regular cars apply to alter the performance but wouldn't be a bit surprised if the federal regs ban them all. Kind of surprised they allowed it so far.

Pittsburg power, many years ago, sold me a turbo housing when everyone else wanted to sell me a new turbo. I changed it in their parking lot. Bruce had one of his employees hook up some gauges to test horsepower at no charge.  Five nine Cummins made over 400 hp. ;D

In my opinion great service.
