Title: Engine Hour Meter
Post by: Glennman on August 16, 2023, 12:36:13 PM
Hi everyone.

I found this engine hour timer in the access compartment ahead of the driver's side front tire (under the front junction box). I remember seeing it there a while back and was going to look into it, but kind of forgot. I don't know if it works (I'll find out next time I fire up the bus, if I remember to check it). The meter is a Hobbs quartz engine hour meter and currently reads at 5568.6. For a 2002 bus, is that a lot or a little??? Thanks!

That meter is for the diesel fired boiler has nothing to do with the engine, that would be around 200,000 in miles

Dad always said to multiply engine hours times 40 to get equivalent road miles.
