I may need to prime my fuel system. I say may because I don't actually know. I read older posts about it....
The bus won't start even with good crank.
1. Where is the secondary fuel filter on the 102dl3?
2. I have a davco fuel processor. When I opened the vent cover, it filled itself up. Is that normal?
Also, I added an uptake and return to my tank. I have started it since. Just now having problems. Never went under 1/8 of a tank. Bus leans a little to the passenger side.

With a Davco, you just need to put fuel in the bowl to prime it. If you ran totally out of fuel, you could just add fuel there to get it moved.
-
The bowl had/has fuel in it. So I'm at a loss.
I'm having the mechanic come in the next week as he's going to show me how to change the fluids.
Worse case is he can look it over.

Clearing the enormous bird nest blocking the intake didn't help either.

What is the application for the "fuel pump" switch in the rear bay?
-
The DL has a priming pump at the tank, depends on how they were ordered some have a switch some you turn the main switch off and on 2 or 3 times to prime one ,mine you turned the main switch off and on to prime it, the filler cap plug on the Davco has a O-ring that goes bad and they won't prime. Davco also has a check valve that sticks and it won't prime either

Yes. I read your comment about this in another thread. Turned out to be someone else's problem. Once replaced, the bus primed and fired.
I'm not certain this is even my problem.
I'll be running through a list of things I read about in other threads.
Can someone tell me where the secondary fuel filter is?
-
With the Davco it may or may not have a secondary filter, the secondary filter is not required on a Davco but some owners installed one
-
I'm guessing not. I've crawled all around looking for it.
Is the fuel pump made by bendix? I ask because it appears to me a fuel line runs into the bendix compressor.
-
There won't be a fuel line going to the compressor ,it will have water lines and a oil line ,mine had a Fass pump
-
Looks a little oily under the pump

So, after following a protocol in another thread I checked the fuses to the ECM. Two of them were blown. One was undersized.
I replaced them both and it fired right up.
Thanks to everyone for the help.

Easy fix if the check engine light doesn't come on and go off you know it is electrical
