They are cute, but they make a mess, eat up all your food, and use your paper towels to build nests out of sight where they can live and come out whenever they want to chew on your wiring. They seem to love the taste of the coating on wiring.
Mice come into your RV through any small opening they can find. Frequently they crawl up your sewer hose and enter the bay space in your RV and from there, make their way into your living space through holes used for wiring and plumbing, then they get into all of your cabinets where your food is stored.
You can prevent mice from getting in through the most popular way they find access by using a Sewer Sock. A Sewer Sock fits in your sewer access hole and ties tightly around your sewer hose, so they cannot climb into your RV bays. The mesh material used in the Sewer Sock also prevents Ants from climbing into your RV the same way.
Click on the link below to learn more about how Sewer Socks work and if you park in any area prone to Mice and Rats, which includes Snakes of course, you owe it to yourself to order a Sewer Sock to keep these critters out of your RV.
You can try using a sign like below, but trust me, they don't work. I returned mine for a refund. 😁
