To ensure a safe and organized bus or RV trip, it’s crucial to pack items securely in well-lidded boxes and store them in locked cabinets if available. Avoid leaving boxes on the floor and distribute the weight evenly on both sides of the bus or RV to prevent instability and potential tipping. Heavy boxes should be placed on opposite sides and secured with bungee cords for added protection.
If you find you’ve overpacked, reassess your items, remove non-essentials, and rearrange the boxes to maintain even weight distribution. Proper planning and packing ahead of time are essential for a safe and smooth trip.
