Are people constantly moving their buses away from yours and walking the long way around to get to the other side of the campground? If so, maybe you need Happy Camper's holding tank treatment.
Happy Camper does not mask holding tank odors like many other products; it eliminates them. All it takes is a small scoop of their powder each time you dump your gray and black holding tanks, and odors are no longer a problem.
They also offer a holding tank cleaner that will clean your tank's inside if you waited too long to start using their products. It will clean and remove all types of waste, tissue, soap, and scum buildup.
You can order this from their website or Amazon or wait and pick up a year's supply at the Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show, or many of the FMCA and Escapees RV Club events like I do.
Check out their website at https://www.happycampersworld.com/

This product works. Been using it since a couple years ago when we saw it advertised in some bus publication we read. :)
Also, I just learned about air admittance valves which may need to be replaced every few years. Ooof! So if you're already using Happy Camper's treatment and still have an issue - grey tank you may need to replace the air admittance valve. Cheap, easy, can make a HUGE difference. :D
Take care bus folks!, Phil

what is an air admittance valve and how does it work?

Holding tank vent that allows air in only when dumping and not out when filling.

We're traveling, now in a small town and the Ace hardware had this replacement.

Very easy to replace. No tools required. Look for them under your sink(s).
Hope this helps, Phil

We use the exact same vent and it's very effective and issue free.

One thing should be mentioned about the "admittence" vent is it is just that... only to admit air into it not exhaust. It has it's place & works well for what it's intended for and should be placed where it's intended design is for.
