What do you'all think of this ban? Are our buses next?

You had better start looking to buy Electric Buses to convert. No?

My guess is that this is just one of the many things on the 'to-do' list of the incoming cabinet members.
If nothing else, putting an entire industry out of a major market due to a situation that they cannot fix is a lawsuit which has already been filed.

Ford has already got around it with their Carbon credits. Notice all these states are on the Left also? So soon it will be turned around or dropped. :^

Vote for Democrats and don't be surprised at such nonsense. I'm 60 with no patience to deal with a bus or motorhome. I'll stick with a hotel. :)

Time to Hold. The prices of our old buses will start going up if they can't sell any new ones. ;D

I assume this Advanced Clean Truck program affects new RVs; how much (if at all) does it affect us owners of older Motorhomes/"Housecars"/RVs/bus conversions?
Which other states have also enacted CARB's requirements, i.e. piggybacked off California's regulations? I know New York has, and I think about a dozen others have too. CA Governor Newsom is trying to get more waivers now from the Feds to allow CA to continue making its own emissions standards.

I think there are 8 states John, California is pushing for 80% bio fuel in 2 years I read in the oil and gas magazine ,that is 1 reason Conoco and Phillips said good by to California ,they say Newsom is wanting a extra $.50 to $ .65 cent tax on fuel now ,he wants lower fuel prices so he can add more taxes makes no sense

It’s the same kind of thinking that I saw the results of which in the uk. One of the many reasons I emigrated here. Now I see it coming here. More and more government overreach.
The uk has 80% tax on fuel and it was about. $8-$10 a gallon.
It’s a shame because the West is the best place in the USA to boon dock.

Better buy a tent here they closing some US parks on lakes and the river and going to reopen as primitive camp grounds ,you park in one area and hike to the camping areas ,a rv is not going to be much good in those areas .The prices on US parks is getting expensive with the private contractors in charge, a place we stayed for years in the RV was $5.00 now when I tried to make a reservation it is $40.00 a day even for tent camping without the old peoples pass

Happily for me, even if I never spend a day in my bus using it as an RV, I do have a perfectly good lot in WV where I could park it and just use it as a tiny house. It'd be darned near perfect for that and cost way less than one would otherwise pay for that.
I'm finally starting to get caught up on projects around here, that prostate business set me back more than I realized. But the upshot is that I expect to get back on the bus work just about any day now. It'll be good to start making some progress again.
