Does a 1976 MCI 5B 8V71 Detroit diesel have a coolant filter?

It was a option some do have the Perry filter on the right side by the gate valve connected to the copper pipe ,they were not a spin on they were in a housing with the filter inside

My Fleetguard WF2051 coolant filter looks like a regular fuel filter, but it's smaller.   It has a pair of 3/4" coolant hoses to/from it, and each hose has a valve next to the filter.

I don't have a photo but MCI used the Perry model E filter PN 3000 you should find a photo on the internet ,it is aluminum semi round pear shaped with 2 bolts on the top to remove the cover to change the filter with  a 3/4 outlet on the cover some time with a valve and a outlet at the bottom of the canister, update I found one for sale on Ebay with a photo
