Now, that the price of fuel has dropped a little.  Think I will make a run Tampa to Key West for Fantasy Fest next week..... ;D  All the work I've done on the bedroom ceiling and rebuilding the shower stall walls lately, I deserve it.

If you don't know what fantasy fest is, do a webseach.  You may also do a seach for Key West, Body Paint.....LOL ;D ;D ;D

Anyone, going that way?

Wow, that dredged up some memories from the past. In 1998, I was in the Keys with five buddies for some SCUBA and fishing.  It was Fantasy Fest time.  Although the weather in Key West was great, Hurricane Mitch was close enough to squash the SCUBA and fishing plans.  All we could do was watch the locals and drink. It wasn't pretty.  ;D

 :(   Hummm, my planning seems to suck.  After looking at the Key West Fantasy Fest 2008 website.  Fantasy Fest ends this sunday.  Never dreamed that this great "adult" Halloween party would end, "BEFORE HALLOWEEN".... ???

Once the wheels are in motion,,,, it's hard to stop.  Sooooo, we're going anyway.   ;D

Have my drink list from everyone,,, thinks for buying all the drinks.

The countdown begins,,,, In about an hour I will be traveling South on I-75 toward Key West.  Not sure how far we will make it before pulling over for the night.  Plan to refuel in Ft. Myers at the Pilot.  Cash price for fuel is $3.33.9.  Will top off, that last thing I wish to do is buy fuel in the Keys.

Sorry about the snow up North.

it will be around 32 deg tonight.  i just checked the heaters since we haven't winterized yet.

any more comments like that mean one and i withdraw my tab for you to use.  ::) ::)

Still want to drink on your tab.  No more comments, about how it's only 64deg in Florida City.  We pulled into the Wal-Mart here, may have been a very small sign about not camping, some silly city rule.  We'll see if they run us out.  For now, I need a shower and sleep.

Fuel is $3.19.9 here    :)      Tooooo bad I topped off at the Pilot in Ft. Myers at $3.33.9   :( :( :(

Nice bunny!  and at least in Ohio, it is rabbit season, so it would be OK.  Seems like you have fun and yes, you obviously did deserve it after working so hard.

Did you get my credit card in time?  i sent it through the post office so you'd be sure to get it in time to enjoy.  ::)

i'm not happy you shared pictures.  i'm still cold in ohio.
