My MCI8 has windows that look like they have large water spots or white haze on the outside.
Are these cleanable? with what? Can they be micro-polished?

It would have laminated glass in all windows, even the single pane ones. Are you sure you aren't seeing delamination? Other than that, alcohol based cleaning solutions I would think. If you think it's a stain of some sort, maybe acetone.

I had stains on a rear window of a car and was told by a detail shop it was from water from My yard sprinklers! I thought They were nuts but found out that it was iron stains from well water. I buffed the glass with the same polish I used on plastic aircraft windows. Not a easy task! John L

The best glass cleaner I have found is Turtle wax crome cleaner about 3d bucks use as directed If it streaks wait longer to remove ;D

Sounds like double pane glass and the stains are actually on the inside. More than likely you're going to have to have a window shop split the planes above and clean the insides and reseal the panes
