I was talking to Jim Sheperd about our plans to go to Dixon Missouri to see my nephew on our way to the Branson Eagle rally. Jim mentioned that Christi and Michael Hargis had purchased an RV park near there. So we included in our plans to stop at the Missouri Festival Park. If you are any where near Dixon you owe it to yourself to stop and see Christi, Michael, and their partners John and Christene Brunner. Also this park is the perfect place to hold a rally as it has everything you need to but on a rally. It has full hookups, a restaurant for all meals along with beer and wine, and an indoor and outdoor stage with first class entertainment. Michael and his partners have done alot of work to upgrade the hookups and bring the building up to modern standards. I was impressed with how neat and clean thing are. You can't beat the setting with the wooded hills and very quiet countryside. Also the park has some very intresting history in the Bluegrass community. Stop at the park, it will be a stay you will not soon forget.
