The Arizona Department of Labor, which is also a Division of Labor Standards claimed a small bus shop was not paying proper wages to their help and sent an agent out to investigate.
AGENT: I need a list of your employees and how much you pay them.
BUS SHOP OWNER: Well, there's my hired hand who's been with me for 3 years. I pay him $200 a week plus free room and board.
Then there's the mentally challenged guy.
He works about 18 hours every day and does about 90% of all the work around here.
He makes about $10 per week, pays his own room and board, and I buy him a bottle of bourbon every Saturday night so he can cope with life.
He also sleeps with my wife occasionally.
AGENT: That's the guy I want to talk to - the mentally challenged one.
BUS SHOP OWNER:: That would be me.
Clifford, my Detroit has developed a small leak in the area of the engine compartment and I was wondering do I use the Big Brawny Towels (the one with the lumberjack on the package) or the blue ones from NAPA to clean it up?

No, I am still rumbling around and taking it very easy. I just got kind of tired of all the soul wrenching whinning and other stuff, so I posted this. "The Story Of Texas Border Dude." soon to be an ABC mini-series this fall.

For all those uninitiated bus movers and shakers out there, here is a modern day daffy-nishun of the word Bustard:
A person who’s continued refusal to behave in a manner that pleases me will result in my unhappiness. This warning applies to people I love, people I work with, friends, relatives, strangers who wander through my personal narrative, and folks in faraway lands whose thoughtless actions cause me to become upset when I read the BCM bus board in the morning.
As of this notice, all behavior will be required to pass an HWTAC test ("How will this affect Clifford?"). Failure to do so will result in me having a bad day. And nobody wants that, right? Thank you for your consideration. You may now return to your regular activities.

Um, it's not a slobber thingy. Geoff always reminded us it is an airbox drain ;-)
