It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, no wait ... That is not right. There is Good News and there is Bad News.
First the Good News.
Yesterday I completed my 12th week of post-op-recovery and I wish to thank everyone who sent me PM’s and all those who wrote, called and generally speaking, encouraged me during this period.
You are a great bunch of people and I thank you for your kindness and wish to express my sincere gratitude.
Now for the Bad News.
It appears that I am somewhat healthy now, and will be around for a long, long time.

Good to hear you're doing Okie Dokie. You're looking slim and trim. I have a bunch of things around my little ranchito that need fixing. I will help in your work recovery. Come on down.
take care,

Oh darnit!!!! I guess this means we'll have to put up with your funny stuff for several more decades. All kidding aside, I'm glad you're doing better.

Awe man!! I thought for sure you told me you were getting lockjaw. Oh well. I can dream ;)

Good thoughts to you Don on your recovery. I guess you'll be wanting a model of that thing too ;D

Looks to me like 12 weeks of no Dunkin Donuts has been good for you Don ::)

Hey Don -
How much did you pay that guy to dress up like AL from "Home Improvement" to lay under your trailer?
Joking aside...you are truly blessed. (And God has a great sense of humor)

So it looks like you are starting your workout lifting trailers. I assume you intend to move on to buses.

Good Morning America, how are ya? I am the one they call the Seventh Son, the train they call The Spirit of New Orlean's and I will be long gone before the day is done! (sometimes it is best if you just hum it)

COME ON DOWN! ... I would like to bid on that showcase!

Well, smack my butt and call me Judy, I did not get moved to Off Topic. Perhaps this is but a dream ... Wake up Don! Wake up Don! Hmmmmmmmm?
Surely someone has done a study on the correlation between stress and daydreams. There has to be some survey out there somewhere that shows that the more stressed out people get, the more elaborate and escapist their daydreams become. It could be because they simply do not have a life, they try to live thru you vicariously.
Sort of like those little sluggy things that attach themselves to the bottom of a ship at sea. If there is such a survey I desperately need to read this, and possibly, spread it around.
Someone please tell me I’m not alone in this manner of thought.
Because I know that if my major concerns in this day and age were “Professional Daydreaming,” I’d be set for life. It’s as if my life has resorted to a kind of reverse osmosis where the less time I have to do things, the more my mind forces itself to dream.
All of this reminds me of something.
What is the interim period of time before you go into something to edit it, so that it again pops up on the front page? I am feeling neglected.
If Lockjaw were ever to occur in my case, I am fairly sure my head would explode! Hold on to your dreams, once you lose your dreams ... well, you die. Gotta go it is almost time for Dr. Phil.

THANKS! Trailer worked out just fine and it is ready to go. About half of the weight of the enclosed Forrest River and a whole lot eaiser to load.

Nope. I am completely satisfied with what it is that you gave me, a good representation for sure. Looks like I am being ignored by six now Gunner, that means I have “half a set” six more and I get the box of steak knives!

Really miss the one’s with the creamy red raspberry or strawberry centers, whooooooosh! And they are gone! I hear that Twinkies are back but they are smaller.

As I am retired, I no longer have to dress for success. I am a fortunate pilgrim indeed, life has been good to me.

No not really, it was my afternoon “nappy time Lin” and I was just grabbin a few. Since mid April life has really been kind of laid back and casual, let me tell you.
Thanks for all the replies guys,

Don't worry Don. On your birthday they'll let you post something random and won't move it to "off topic" as a birthday gift :) Good to see you up and about and doing what you love :)
