Title: Milwaukee Battery Recall
Post by: Dallas on May 29, 2008, 07:46:14 AM
I don't know how many of you use Milwaukee cordless tools, but I was looking around on the Milwaukee website and found that there is a recall for some of the 14.4V (48-11-1024) and the 18V (48-11-2230).

Check and see if your batteries are included... I got a free one, and I would have had 4 except I tossed the dead ones out years ago.

Thanks Dallas,

I have four 18v combo sets and all seem to be included in the recall..

Way Cool!

I just got my replacement from Milwaukee Tools!

I sent in one old battery and they were nice enough to send me two brand new ones as replacements!

Yahoo! I can drill again without having to wait an hour to charge one battery.
