Go to the auto parts store and get a starter jumper switch Hook it to the starter and hit the switch. If it starts that way then the starter isn't the problem. Could be the neutral switch or the rely in the rear left fuse panel. Check the two clear ice cube rely fuses there.

You can pull the heater one from up front side panel and exchange it for the one back there to see if it starts and if it does then that is all it is. You can buy a new one at any electrical supply. Neutral switch is at the right hand side of the tranny by the shift linkage and can be jumped with a paper clip to test.

I love your high tech testing equipment Dave and it works  8)

just find one with the 12.7. Eliminates woulda, coulda, shoulda, later.

careful on oil analysis. owner may have just changed it, and info wont be accurate. But good idea for finding issues. Trouble is, most are too emotionally involved to do serious check out.

I'm not sure where to go or what to test from here.  Could it be a CB that I am missing?

Check out these videos! They are the answer to your issue. Don't return the weatherstripping as you have the best chance of doing the replacement correctly with what you have in hand from US coach!

A quote from Jon Usle on the BNO forum"
Jon also responded to your post directly on BNO...

"On another note do you watch YouTube? A fellow 4104 owner by the name of Bert Conoly he did a video one replacing his windows in a video on April 17, 2020. He goes into a lot of detail with his show and tell.

Siberyd"

Thank you Jon as there are currently several of us 4104 owners doing this weather strip upgrade!

Higher hp setting does not always change the torque setting like they say HP starts you rolling and torque keeps you rolling

The local Detroit dealer was able to re-flash my 11.1 to 400 HP.  I never noticed any change after that was done compared to the 350 HP it came with.

I would much prefer a 12.7 from just before EGR.

Have someone pull the engine info from the ECM it tells a lot,the engine life history is in that box,if it hasn't been changed ,better check the B500 Allison too
