I just joined this group hoping to find Senicruiser serial # 443. Last location thought to be Nevada in 1988 and was a motor home conversion. Any help appreciated.

I'd contact Tom McNally. He maintains a Scencruiser registry here:

Matt,
I am interested in finding Senicruiser serial # 443 only. I was driving it in 1966. I have a photo of me, my wife and infant daughter in front of it in Beaumont TX. It was Greyhound # 1179 then. Tom McNally has records of senicruisers and I found from him that Greyhound 1179 was serial # 443 and he has note that says it was in Nevada in 1988. Of course it could be anywhere now if not junked out. It isn't important that I find it but I sure would like to know where it is today. I am sure the present owner would like to have a photo of it from 45 years ago. So if you could stop by and check it out it will be appreciated.

There used to be a couple of them sitting in Gila Bend. Looked like they had been there for years, at least one had a for sale sign. Haven't been thru there for a couple of years, don't know if they are still there.

There were two of them sitting in a field probably 20 miles west of Junction City, Oregon close to the old wagon road that went to florence, oregon through mapelton. Have seen them many times, but haven't checked in about the last 5 years as i have been taking the cut off to elmira.

Any of you that responded to the request for info on PD4501-443 if you could please follow up on any of those other sightings or leads you mentioned I would appreciate it greatly. Please email me directly with updates. Some you describe I know I already have, but others I may not. If you could get the serial number off the builders plate on the dash, or on the back wall of the "tool compartment" (located directly below the driver's window on the left front outside corner of the coach. You will need a flashlight to see the serial number stamped in approx. 1" characters. should read: PD4501-??? The exact location of the coach, and ownership info. (photos are the icing on the cake!)
Thanks to all who go the extra mile to share info about the whereabouts of surviving Scenicruisers. We were able to save one from the scrapper this morning. Another was saved last week in Colorado. It was on Ebay and found a promising home in Montana. Communication is the key.

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.
