Anybody know who has good prices? Doesn't have to be new. I'm in N. Ky.

Have you checked with local larger glass companies?

MCI will ship windshields to one of their dealers, where you can pick it up. That is likely the cheapest you will find. I had 3 windshields shipped to WW Williams in N. Las Vegas last year for $130 each.

You going with new rubber, or is it glued in with sealer? Might be worth having local company supply and install. That way, if it gets broken, its on them.

I think I'd want to replace the rubber too. Local company wants $400 so I guess I'd better call MCI. Wonder who the closest dealer to Cincinnati would be?

Windshield, rubber, and labour...

plus time and mileage to the location.

Sometimes more is less, and then its done?

check the local larger charter outfits that ran or run the DL, they may have windshields in stock that they want to get gone, before they lose their shirt on 'em.

happy coaching!

MCI-Louisville is an hour away. I sent them an email. I probably should establish a relationship with them anyway.

Ah. Well I don't want to take both windshields out so I'll re-use the old one. Thanks for that info.

Vegas must have been umloading their stock. Louisville wants $335. $128 for the seal. $66 for the damper cable which is probably reasonable. I will check with one possible source I have for used.

Yeah, and remember Detroit Diesel parts were cheap back in the 80's. Now they are insane, just like Onan parts, and others.

that is a good size windshield even for 350 bucks and heavy suckers lol the windshields in our Trek were $759.00 ea.OT but I found suctions cup that will handle the bigger windshields you buy the handicap grab bars at Walmart for 12 bucks ea and they work like a champ fwiw.  I have 2 that were stored wrong and have rough and chip edges on the edge he can have for shipping but they will crack over time so I didn't use them
