Change the caster setting first. Negative caster will most definitely cause wander and constant correcting of wheel, regardless of ratio. And also, of course, play in wheel to box connections. Luke may have a set from a coach part out. Check your kingpin tilt. They should point a little forward at bottom. Do you have the adjustable strut rod between body and front axle?

Chessie I have done all of that  3 deg castor, new king pins, tie rod ends and had the shaft out to shorten it for the change over. All good just too much wheel turn to  turn. The roads all seem to be worn out with grooves  all over. Yes, I've had the adjustable bar out when I change the bushings and clean and lube the threads for easy adjustments.
