Looking at the pictures, I have seen worse. MUCH worse! Now that said I still ain't giving it a thumbs up (or down) yet!
The engine looks fairly clean and I don't see a lot of rust. There is some rust, but I have seen a LOT WORSE!
I'm like Don, if you like the bus, make a LOW offer. If they except it, GREAT, if they don't walk away and look at the next one.

Buying a older bus I tell people buy one with problems you can deal with shop repairs can cost you the farm, you are not buying a new bus ,a 45 year old bus will have problems. I have a couple of friends when they sit down in the seat they close their eyes for a minute and I ask one  why lol he told me he was praying to Detroit gods before he starts it, must work he has owned the bus for 15 years and all I have done for him is some governor work,It would be good if somebody in the Denver area could lend him another pair of eyes though
Life is short drink the good wine first
