I don't recognize it, but they were making model 10's.  The engine setup looked like mine (1985) the way the turbo and coolant plumbing were installed.  The slide showing coaches with the DOT bumpers were not Houston Metros because it had an accentuated destination profile at the top front of the front cap.  My Metro was recessed in a standard front cap.
They were not New Jersey transits either, they had silver siding.  NJT was shiny.

Cool video.  Lots of employees had good jobs there.  All gone now. :-[
