Got home from the Cruiser rally which was held in conjunction with the Flywheelers antique tractor show and what a huge success it was. Beautiful weather for 4 days and mega people attended. A special thanks goes out to John and Lois Vickery that really help to make everyone feel at home! Susan and I and Bud too, had an exceptional time being with great people, who are true busnuts! I didn't count the buses but roughly 20 made it great rally! The bus chatter was good not to mention the laughter amongst those at dinner. Did I mention the home made soups! Oh my God! Soup you could hold a ransom for! Glad I was able to hi-jack some home! This is the only rally I have ever been to where we brought home more food than we took!
Again, thank you John and Lois, Jack and Paula, and Ray and Sally for a great get together and hope we have many more just like it! This was surely a AAAAAAAAA+++++++++ Rally!
I also want to welcome our friend Ray who is now the NEW president of the S.E. Cruisers! I'm sure with me being a 2nd year member, he'll have his hands full! Well, he thinks so anyway!
By the way, our bus ran flawless to and from and I actually spent a whole 7 bucks at this huge antique flea market! Whew, I feel sort of broke now!
