Unknown Hose Help?

So I pulled the side vents and found this, any clue what it is before I try to track it down?  Its in the driver side farthest back corner

That -- If it is what I think -- is full of WIRES.  It looks like a hose but it is electrical

Definitely wiring. My MC7 has one also.
