Gasket material for destination window.

First question,
I need to seal up the front destination window. The old gasket is shot and I don't want to use silly putty any more. I want to do it correctly and keep that window intact (for doing fun stuff
).
Where can I get that gasket/seal or, where can I get a gasket/seal that will work? I figure I will just use plexi-glass for the new window.
I also need to find the gasket/seal material for the vista windows as well. I was planning or just using plexi for those as well BUT, I am also going to make a "guard" to guard against tree limbs etc.
Thanks a BUNCH!

They should use a smaller version of windshield gasket with locking strip. Check with Luke.

Thanks Chessie but, it's been awhile, who is "Luke"?
I looked at it and it doesn't look like it has the locking bead. It's kinda covered in silly putty but, I can't see the bead.
