Building a Safer Bus Line
« on: August 12, 2023, 02:45:55 PM »
This video was created by Greyhound Safety Department. Greyhound wanted to provide the safest type of transportation available. They program safety into all aspects of their operation and worked with MCI to build the safest buses on the highway.

See how MCI designed and built $68,000 stainless steel buses for their 10,000 well-paid and carefully screened professional Greyhound drivers that received some of the best training in the industry. They drove over 1 million miles each day so their systems must be safe, consistent, and easy to drive.

Learn why the wipers are a dull finish and the dash panel is a dull black color. Learn how they used eggs to test the safety of their vehicles.

Learn about Greyhounds 66 Maintenance Centers in the U.S. and why they replace parts before problems occur.
