A tribute for Richards birthday
« on: November 16, 2008, 04:59:41 AM »
Richard, we really miss you here.  Your advice was good, your friendship valued and your caring was obvious.  I am certain that today will not be easy for your family but I hope they know that your bus family is still here for them if ever they need us.  We know that you are healthy now and, for that, we can't regret your being gone.  Thank you for all you did for this board and for your friends.  You are missed.

What a nice tribute to Richard!

I trust his family will remember him with smiles today, as it was the day of his birth!

We miiss you, but most important we will remember you because of the legacy you left us!

A tribute to a pioneer of the bus conversion and friendship. He will be missing here but now in a better place. I am looking forward to meet Richard soon.

I too miss Richard and his wisdom!!!

I had posted in another thread, that at the recent Eagle Rally, Mike Crouch gave me the front switch cover from DML to forward to Richard's family.  I never did hear from anyone where to send it.  It is a neat item that I would think the family would like for a memento.

Jim,

PM DML and the family checks in here every so often. When they do, they will get the PM and hopefully will give you the address.
