Off topic but are you the guy who bought the 4501 in Tulsa?  I was thinking about getting that one at one point, was wondering how it worked out.

If we are talking about the same one, it was on Craigslist last December 2007 and January 2008.  Yep, I bought that one and got her running.  She is a good shell that was stripped out.  I just added #997 to the fleet that has no power plant but has all 43 seats.  The plan is to marry both into one seated cruiser.

Sincerely,
Aaron (scenicruiser 997 & 372)

Aaron is going opposite of what most of us are doing...he has taken a conversion wanabe and is making a fully seated bus.
He is one of the good guys!
I have my eyes on a seated Scenicruiser myself, to restore and put in a museum.  (Not the NC Transportation Museum.  I called them early in my learning here...asked the Curator if he would be interested in a Scenicruiser...he says..."What's a Scenicruiser!")
