Looks Great Jack!!!!
One question, It may be an optical illusion in the lower picture, but is the red hose(fuel line) rubbing on that pulley at the at the back of the bus right hand side as you are looking at it?

Optical illusion. I clears by about 3/8" and it stiff enough that it is not gonna move.  Jack

Oh boy oh boy is it running yet?
They always look so nice when the engine is put back in.
Any reason why or why not you didn't wrap the exhaust cross over pipe when you had it out?
Thanks for the pictures
Skip

I did not wrap the crossover for a couple reasons.  We do not need to keep the heat in the pipe for a turbo and our engine compartment rarely gets over 150 degrees (per RV safety Systems Fire Dectection System monitor).  I was also concerned that the wrap would allow moisture to condense on the pipe when the pipe cooled down in our humid environmenmt and hold the moisture leading to rust formation.  Jack

Man Jack, that is great. That is such a clean looking install. I am impressed. Now, how many bluegrass CD's did you go through in the project ;D ;D ;D.

God bless,

Jack has a better setup on that too, he has a Bluegrass station on XM playing in the shop all the while working.  No changing CD's with dirty hands.

Mike,

I am not at all surprised. XM is great for that. For me I use my Ipod, but I don't have the same selection as XM.

God bless,

John

Hopefully tomorrow.  I still need to reprogram my tachometer for the new 24 volt alternator, complete the Jake Brake wiring, and open the air purge valve on the defroster.  I will probably make a test run before reinstalling the rear bumper and hitch.  Jack
