As long as custom trailers are in the wind I thought I'd take the opportunity to remind everyone about tongue weights and safe towing.  Here's an excellent article on it all, from Sherline" who makes VERY nifty little tongue weight scales-  I got one from McMaster-Carr for a hundred n 30 bucks and it's my best friend when loading my trailer...

i actually have two- one to weigh the tongue and a larger capacity one to weigh the axles right at the edges, so I can see what my tires are having to carry.  Overall they have added to the safety of my towing by leaps and bounds 'cause I no longer guess at it.  And it's been surprising how poorly I used to load when I didn't have them!!!
