'90 MCI Looking for a new home!
« on: November 17, 2009, 12:05:41 PM »
Hello,

I have a '90 MCI 102-C3 that was part of our original conversion project, however just as we were starting the process it was going to a mechanic when a rod broke and went through the engine block.  Therefore an in-frame escalated to more and more, along with a mechanic that could never nail down the end cost, therefore looked for another and found a '92 102-C3 in really good shape.  Had the '90 pulled out and trailered to our location and used it for parts and storage, now the '92 has been moved from the location and the '90 is no longer required.

The '90 engine is no longer in the coach for this reason, the standard transmission and flywheel are in the bay.  All seats and overhead bays are in the coach, just a couple components off the dash, front bumper, headlights and rads have been removed.  All side windows and front windshield are in place.

Since this coach needs to be moved shortly, is this unit usuable for anyone's project as a whole?  The coach itself is in good condition, outside and inside, just a project that we learned allot from and this a really good benefit.

As far as pricing, it's actually about finding it a good home.  Let me know your thoughts, Chad

Hey Chad , is that bus sitting  right next to the road , I was coming back from Calgery yeaterday and noticed a red MCI sitting there and thought that's kind of strange place for a bus to be siting. If it is that's a good looking Bus . just wondering

Hello

Sorry for the delay, have been travelling.

Buggysam, the bus is available and is just south of you at parkland, as Eagle Andy mentioned it's next to 2, thanks for noticing and yes it's a good looker, could be a sweet project.  It was moved due to it's prior location being occupied, it's a temporary location at this time.

Check it out and let me know if you have any questions, it's locked but we can arrange if you're interested.

Thanks,

Chad
