Right now I have a 1989 RTS but thinking very hard about buying a highway coach and starting over this summer. I haven't gotten very far on the RTS yet so it wouldn't be too much of a wash. If I don't buy a highway coach, I'll just resume the RTS project. Is the old log cabin still on Silk Hope Road down near where the plane crashed back in the 70's? If so, we lived in the white house right across the road from it with all the ponds.

Jlink;
 We will have to do some research on that plane crash,as this was before my time. I have only lived in this area 17 years. I have heard local folks talking,but not a exact location. From the way I have heard it described,its about 10-12 miles away?

Glad to know that there are so many other bus nuts in the Carolinas. I would love to sometime get to gether and see some of the work you all have done to your buses and maybe get some tips and fresh ideas.

You need to plan to attend the SE Busnuts rally at Palmetto Cove, near Greenville, SC, April 22-25. The will be a lot of conversions and some very knowledgeable busnuts.  Jack
