I saw an Eagle Conversion on the Hwy today!
« on: August 19, 2006, 11:16:53 AM »
Hey I was headed into Union City today from Knuckle's shop and saw a white Eagle that had been converted  rolling north on US 51 leaving Union City, TN. I was curious if it was anyone from the board here ? I don't know much about them, but it was an Eagle, white, and had A/C thingys on top like a camper does ! Oh yeah it didn't have windows all down the side anymore (that's how I knew it was a conversion) ! Scotty

Hey there Huck.A.Buck,

Welcome to the group!

With 900 members, one would have thought there was a pretty good chance it would have been one of our members - - - but I guess not this time!!!

Kind Regards, Phil

Huck-a-Buck,

Welcome to the Looney Bin.  If you keep hanging around busnuts, you're gonna get grease on ya.

Eagles are fine buses, and make good conversions.  However, you will find that on this board, there are as many different opinions as there are toes (and like toes, they usually all stink ;D).

Do you have a bus, or are you just bus-curious?

Thanks ya'lll, I've been a lurker for a while. I fit the nut part, and I'm pretty much a permenant fixture at Knuckle's place, sometimes I'm here more than he is! I hang out an help out around the shop when I can. No I don't have a bus. But after seeing the fantastic job "El Sonador" did on his bus & some of the  things the rest of ya have done too, it makes me want one! But being on disability and all, my funds are very limited! I'll be here at the bus bash to meet and assist everyone! Scotty aka Huck.A.Buck
