PD 4107 Wiring Diagrams
« on: January 02, 2011, 02:45:08 PM »
Does anyone have a good readable set or original wiring diagrams for a PD 4107 that can be sent by email?

My 4104 manual came with a complete set but they weren't readable even when enlarged so someone on the board sent me some very nice ones, but, since it was 4-5 yrs ago I don't remember who it was?

The manual that came with the bus has no covers or wiring diagrams but it at least has the photos of electrical panels, circuit descriptions and component descriptions so I'm not completely in the dark.

Can't help you Gus but maybe you can help me...If you have readable wiring diagrams for the '04 that you could e mail me that would be awesome.  The ones I have are only semi legible and really slow me down.

Gus,

I had the entire wiring diagram for the 4108 & 4905, which I scanned to pdf docs.

Don't have the 4107, but if you want the 4108 (I would think is similar)/4905, let me know and I'll email it to you.

Hope you have a broad band connection........there are about 18 different sections to the manual, all in their own pdf file.

ZZ,

I'll be glad to email them if you haven't gotten them already, I really don't understand fe's post?

Chris,

Thanks for the kind offer, but if teke says they won't work they won't, he knows his stuff.

Doug,

Will 4106 diagrams work?

Gus, if nobody else has them in electronic format, I have a set for my 4107 -- in printed format.  They're not nearby (the coach is in the shop, some distance away, and I think they're in the coach).  If you get stuck, I can pick them up the next time I'm down there -- probably in the next couple of weeks.  They're large, so they may have a moderately significant cost to reproduce -- let me know.

Arthur,

Thanks for the offer but Dallas came through for me, he has the whole manual in .pdf format and the diagrams are good quality.

Making copies of the full sized diagrams is beyond my capability!!

With Dallas' .pdf files I print them on 8x10" pages and enlarge any sections in which I need more detail. They are a bit small when reduced to 8x10.

ZZ,

Did you get your copies yet?

problem solved:  but no the 06 manual will not work.

there is very little cross over between models of different generations except in stuff like brake components and such...and the Buff's share  alot of body...but electrically everything is different

the late model Buffs have several different variants as far as electrical systems

If you can't download from Dallas I will try to send them by email attachment but they are huge files, 26 and 40MB.

They are the Maintenance and Parts manuals, the wiring diagrams are in the back of the MM.

You need these!

Gus, if you have a local place like Kinkos or equiv., you can have them make large copies at a reasonable price. Just download diagrams onto a flash drive and take it in to them. They do this stuff all the time..

We purchased a full set of manuals on CD with wiring diagrams from Coach Info.  They weren't cheap,  but everything about everything is there and was well worth the price. No more getting the book dirty while working on the bus.

They were easy to download from Dallas as I remember, unfortunately I don't have this link now and was hoping he would post it here.

It is PDF format so making hard copies is not the problem. If I need more detail I just enlarge a page section and print it. I live in a very small town, no Kinkos or anything like it here!

I have no idea how to download to a cloud account but am willing to try!
