Mike,
Our deepest conolences and we will keep you in our prayers.  I wish there was something I could say to ease the pain in your heart.  Remember all the good times.  When you have the get together at the restaurant ( I imagine this is the same restautant we went to with you and your Mom?), do us a favor and have an extra dessert for your mother.  Don't hesitate to ask if there is anything we can do for you.  Hugs from Paula & I.

Mike,

I am sorry to hear this. I would like to extend my condolences to you. What a joy you know where she is, but the parting is sure hard! I will be praying for you, during this tough time.

I must say, I am very impressed with your servants heart. There aren't many people like you. Thank you!

God bless,

John

So sad to hear of your loss Mike.
I know you miss her & it is hard, almost unbearable to carry on. . . .

What helps me cope with the pain of loss is to remember the good times & give thanks that there were so many.

You are still in our prayers.

Hi Mike,

Just got in and saw the post.  So sad to see the news.  I thought somehow she would pull through again.  I am very sorry for your loss here on this earth.  You served your Mom so well - she must have been a fantastic, godly woman.  What a blessing Mike.  Please accept my condolences.

My sympathies, too, Mike.  I'm another new board member who you've never met in person but I've recently been there, too.  (I took early retirement to be with both of mine who needed me and went nearly at the same time).  A very valued family friend told me "you'll be glad for the rest of your life that you did the right thing when you needed to".  And he was so right.  You did the right thing when you needed to.  Wishing you peace, understanding, and comfort from eastern NC.

Mike, deepest condolences from Fran and I.  We know how much time you spent and how much you cared for your mom from the brief amount of time we spent together in Florida.  It's difficult to lose a family member, but even worse with one so close.  At least you have the benefit of this extended family of online friends as well as those of us you've met at one time or another.

I hope you find solace from this group in your time of need.  We'll keep praying for your health and benefit.  God rest her soul.

Mike, I am so sorry. You are an amazing guy to take care of and love your mom the way that you have. Not many like you. I wish we could do something. If we can, please let us know. You can rest knowing where she is now, and that her pain is over. It does take a long time to get over, but, like everyone has said, remember the good times. I still have a feeting thought every now and then to call my mom, but, then I remember, she is in heaven, for sure, but she left so much love behind and so many memories, as I know your mom did to. Prayers...... Ken and Ruthi
