BLOWER WHEEL
« on: October 07, 2006, 01:31:40 PM »
Kamaro again,
I could not find a blower wheel for a Western Flyer 1968.  However, I could buy an MCI double inlet blower wheel dimensions 12 in dia. x 13 in. wide. I would modify it to fit.  Anyone have this available?
Thanks

P.S.  Please help - I don't want to spend this winter in Quebec.

Tom Y,
Is it possible to send me a picture of your blower wheel?  I might be able to adapt.
Thanks very much

Kamaro, I'm in FL but let me see if Scotty's at the shop and I'll have him post it. Or use Google for  " Kaylor Bus Parts, Kansas City " that's how I find it when I misplace the card from my roledex ! BK  ;D

Our vacation is saved!
Thanks to all who responded to my desperate call for  help.  I REALLY appreciate it!!!!!
In speaking to many people about my search for blower wheels, I happened on someone who knew a supplier near here who does specialized work.  Sure enough, he has agreed to take on the job - he will make the 2 new blowers (he would not accept changing only 1) for $900. They should be ready in a week or two.
Thanks again everyone!!!
