1.  An insta-hot for the shower and washer/dryer
2.  1 12K mini-split and 2 9K mini-splits
3.  A new water tank and a new holding tank (bigger)

Although the old girl may have to wait until tax return time.

A white Dometic 310 toilet (in a pear tree).   Then I can get my waste tanks installed.

Have crapper, will travel.

ugly Dog, look at one of these,http://www.americanwaterheater.com/support/manuals/tiny-titan.pdf we are on our second coach a, have had them in both, I think there a few more on the board that use them, they are cheap and work great,  We bought5 ours at Lowe's or homedepot, I think (and I don't do that well)  it was around $188.00
