Tracking Down PD 4104's Still Around or on the road

This week I have been helping a 4104 fan in Brazil.  Our 4104's are very popular with collectors there. The shine them up like mirrors including the engine. So I have 4 serial numbers to the still a bus list with another 2. I have their fleet number and company name. Unfortunately when GM exported vehicles, most of the time the notation on the delivery list is export.

So there are a total of 6 buses in Brazil, originally I only knew of 1. The famous one from the Youtube video. Seems the goal is to make all of them like that. Last year 2 were bought by collectors and shipped south.

Just found these stored in my phone from my visit last Oct. to Ted Campbells place. Maybe you already have these:

Unknown customer motorhomes on site for repairs: PD4104-381, PD4104-743

Parts buses: PD4104-4521, PD4104-4906, one with No serial number on "frame" & no builders plate, but still painted in Trailways fleet #1148. Maybe RJ can look that one up.

Does anyone live in or around Duluth, Minnesota.  It appears there is a bus in a field below the Blatnik Bridge in Duluth.

Someone in Canada passed on the info to me.

A phone number would be great or a serial number for the coach. Might be fun to find out what the owners's intention is for the bus.

Interesting. At first glance I thought it was a 4106, because of the head lights and tail lights, but a closer look reveals that it is a modified 4104. Looks like it ought to be worth saving.

Talked to Max, the owner of the bus. It's a1954, basically a shell with 2 roof top A/C's.  He replaced the water pump and cored out the radiator.  Has owned it for 12 years and has never got around to doing the interior. He is working in California this week and will get me the serial number when he gets a chance. Bus is $5k or best offer. He said it runs great.
