You may already have these ones down but this ad is for one PD 4104 and says they have two 4104's for parts for a potential total of 3 new additions to your list. Hope this helps, apologies if it is a redundancy!

It says Chapel Hill NC -- two miles from my fiancee's house.  If an eyeball needs to be put on it, that eyeball could be mine.  Let me know.

Bruce,

If you could wander by and get the serial numbers for the scrap buses it would be awesome.  I have asked for them and they have yet to come.back to me with those numbers.

Thanks

Bruce,

Sorry, they haven't returned my inquiries.  Maybe they will respond to your contact because you are local.

Picked this up from Grease Monkey site. Not sure if you have this one yet:

"I am John Brewer from Phoenix, Va.I drive trucks and repair also. Love working on old cars, trucks and now a 1953 4104-655 GM converted coach. It was fully converted in 78.Currently it is in Kentucky, but will be coming home in a few weeks. Then it will be in Charlotte Court House, Va"

Take care

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.  www.tomsgarageonline.com

Thanks Tom,

I am not on Grease Monkey,  I have a hard enough time keeping up with 5 Facebook groups.  I appreciate you watching out for me. In June I found 5 more. I will have to do another update.

I have 10 new coaches to add to the list this week including the bus formally know as Savitar. Cartop has been removed, interior gutted and is being converted into a mobile clothing store. This coach is currently residing in Oxnard, CA.

Looks like the cartop was on in the 1950s.  http://theoldmotor.com/?p=41562

I am still tracking down all the surviving buses. Lots of overtime flowing my way in the way of field trips lately. More driving than parking so I haven't been updating this list lately.

Howdy,
I'm new to the forum.
I have a 1957 PD 4104- #2818.
As far as I know she was fully converted to an RV in Utah, then sold and converted with some vintage seating to a 'Bustaurant' named 'Diamond Lil' working in California.  She is currently mine, and I have listed her for sale in the classifieds.  She is such a gem, but I probably should have checked with my hubby before bringing her home.   :D
She runs well, has had recent work, and is still in SF Bay Area.
Thanks so much for keeping track of all these beautiful busses.
