A bit of traveling ahead
« on: October 31, 2006, 06:59:39 AM »

Well, Kat and I are tired now.
Quit our jobs last Friday.
Sold the house a while ago.
We hope to be out for 2 years before looking for a new house.
We've been snow birding since '93, but for the last year and a half been working steady.
Now it's time to hit the road.

The first stop will be at Luke's to have an air leak found.
Then to the Scranton PA area to visit some folks.
Then to TN so we can remember all the lessons learned from our other travels.
After about a week there down to Texas for a month or more.
Then down to Mexico for the Winter.

Hope to see some other conversions on the road.
We'll check in , but not as often.
This is a fun board to read!!!

Let me just say that there is nothing better than giving your hard earned dough to a deserving fellow bus brother like Luke that can be trusted and is one of us. I only wish guys like this were franchised around the USA. The quality service and the ethics are not easily found and we all should appreciate each other's services when possible. DO I hear an AMEN!!

Frank, and others:

I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but going to Mexico or Canada is not really a problem.
However, if you are coming back after January, 2007 you will be required to have a U.S. Passport.

I heard this on TV yesterday and had heard about it a while back also.
