How's this for Lassen Volcano National Park last JULY!  I'm cheating though-- this was some miles from the campground.

We didn't have to wait, it has been rainy and much cooler past couple of days. One of the reasons why I wanted to winter on the coast was to see the stormy seas and pick up a few beach trinkets from Japan! ;)

Van, One day we'll stop by and see ya and maybe have another mini, like you did with Art and Cindy! 8)
