Rosta Trans Mounts
« on: November 15, 2012, 07:34:29 AM »
Is anyone familiar with ROSTA DK-A mounts. My Setra uses this for the trans mount, it is a cylinder shaped mount that works like a torsion bar, It has what appears to be key ways but without keys. Two band clamps hold it in place.

Should this be keyed?
How much preload should be applied if any?

There isn't any of this info in the manual other than a picture of the mount and Rosta's website has multiple uses for this mount but not any info on mounting a trans to it.

If he does not answer soon, PM BK (or is it B_K).
You don't have to believe everything you think.
