can you strip paint off the bottom half of a 4106? will it hurt the siding? and what do you use to strip it whith. thanks for your imput. jim

There is a paint stripper made for airplanes that works really well. It's pretty expensive but makes the job a lot easier than trying to sand it off.

Its called "Aircraft stripper" and it will not harm the aluminium surface of your coach. Be prepared to find body filler under some of the paint,, these busses get banged up on the lower half and is the normal reason to paint it..>>>Dan

You may want to check with a company that soda blast's, look for sand blasting companies, some specialize in soda blasting. I would think that may be cheaper than the price of aircraft stripper...

I have heard of a guy on another board that used Brake fluid in a spray bottle.

Ask the "Red Rider",, we recently stripped the bottom half of his 06 and repainted after some extensive body work.>>>Dan
