I have had great response with registrations. Thanks to all who have provided their forms. If anyone is still in need of a registration form, I would be happy to send one out to you. If you plan to attend and participate in any meals, or the day trip to Memphis (all Graceland tickets must be pre-paid), it is very important that I receive your form ahead of time. Deadline for forms is March 11 Planning with catered meals obviously requires accurate head-counts to know how many meals to provide. (I have to pre-pay for all meals, and I have no guarantees for extra food, per the caterers.)

For those that are not bringing a conversion:

There are still 3 motel rooms available at Comfort Inn & Suites 1510 East Main Street Blytheville, Arkansas (870)763-0900 $87.30

There are 9-10 rooms remainig at the Holiday Inn 1121 East Main Street Blytheville, Arkansas 72315 (870)763-5800 $98.95

Both host hotels (are 5 minutes from Greyhound Depot by car or bus!) both with group rates. To receive group rate, mention group name: “MCNALLY”

Please be sure to have hotel staff check openings starting on April 3 or April 4. You can obviously adjust these dates as needed to fit your schedule.

The deadline to order t-shirts is also March 11 Please see earlier posts for details.

 Event is drawing near. April 4-6, 2013. Registration deadline is 6 days away. Deadline is March 11

For those that can not get their registration to me by March 11, please email, and I will complete a tentive registration form to reserve meals, etc. until I receive your actual form and check in the mail.

I HAVE 30 CONFIRMED REGISTERED COACHES - SO FAR!, AND WELL OVER 100 PEOPLE REGISTERED.

This should be a blast. We can not wait.

THANKS for the offer. I was actually joking, trying to lighten up a dreary snowy day  here in SE Minnesota. We got 8-10" here yesterday. Fortunately it was fluffy which made shoveling easier. Looking forward to spring.

We would love to be at Blytheville, but too far, in too short a time, with my wife still working. She retires in June so maybe at some time in the future we will get to meet you and many others in our travels.

Just got the bus insured today, national interstate, with collision and comp for $480 per year. Signed up for good Sam road service too.  Will get it registered next week. Now if the snow would just stop so I could get working on it.....I still need to change the oil and service the air dryer before we go to Blytheville.

Starting to think about the route to AR from CT, thinking about rt 81 to rt 40 over to Memphis.

Looks like I may get a weather break this weekend here in Peoria 51 & 53 forecasted for this weekend. I have a ton of stuff to do to get ready too. Now if I could shake this bad cold I have, so I actually feel like doing anything outdoors!

Weather looks decent in Blytheville 50/60s this week and next. I hope the weather cooperates for us in April.

 Tom,
 Will get my registration in the mail in the next day or so.... will do meals but probably not the Graceland tour. I working construction but should get to run home tomorrow.

 I am in Northwest Arkansas, Blytheville is a couple of hundred miles due east of me...the weather here in North Arkansas in early April can be anywhere from sunny and in the 70's to grey, cold and damp. More than likely with the winters we have been having it will not be too bad. Sunny and warm today, in the 60's the next couple of days.

 Are most folks going to dry camp on site?  My generator is not so quite so I am thinking maybe find somewhere close with hook-ups to move to late each evening and return to the depot early each morning. Is this going to work?

 Anyone going to do this and know of a suitable campground?

47 coaches! That is fantastic. ! As long as we don't need to run 3 AC units, we have plenty of power to spare. Hookup may be a bit challenging but glad to help if we can.
