Trying to remove an inner rear wheel to repair an air bag. The inner wheel is ceased into the drum, any tips on getting it off? Thanks.

put the nuts back on, just ever so loose, and drive the coach for and aft and nail the brakes. The weight of the coach is stronger than we can swing a sledge, and no rebound to worry about.
happy coaching!

buswarrior is correct, leave the inner nut about half turn loose or you could also hit the tire with a heavy sledge hammer, not a little ball pean type, not rim just the tire, and hit it hard.
but the easy is loosen and drive around the block
