I think my relief valve is blowing, but I don't know anything about this system

In the video I said it shuts off at 95. Obviously I miss-spoke... it shuts off near 110

When your bus is running and you are building air the relief will go off and then the bus compressor will unload or stop building air.
Your shop compressor is set at a higher pressure than your bus relief is set and the sound you hear is your shop compressor continuing to try to build air. It has no way to unload or know that your bus system is full.
I’m not sure what pressure your relief is set at but in video it looked low. Your system seems to be working fine. (For being connected to your shop compressor.)

Does it do that when bus is airing up without shop compressor? Normal startup, air build and run? If so, could be your relief valve is dirty. Mine is filthy and really needs to be cleaned..so it releases and doesn't seal quickly and takes a minute to close back up...

That is your air dryer and it sounds like that , LOOK at all the moisture comming out!!!!
The dryer may need a change or the valve may be dirty.
Mine unloads at 120.
When was the last time you drained the rear tank( tank near the differentinal)
?
Do you live in an area of high humidity?

Dave,
I just had the same exact problem. Mine was a bendix AD2 dryer with the safety release on the side. The safety was rated for 150 and would pop at 95 or so and would not turn off. Check it by getting under there and getting your hands on the safety release. If there is air shooting out the safety release valve go get a new one for about 10$ and swap it out.
Here is a pic of mine (super easy to service on an eagle
)
-Sean
PS - Do like John said and double check that your shop compressor is not pushing more than 120 (or more than the dryer is set to cut out at) if it is then John is correct in that the compressor is still pushing air. Get your hands on it to figure out which valve the air is coming out of.

Sorry, but I didn't see moisture coming out?
Looked at the video twice.

Good information.
I haven't started the bus yet this year, but I plan to start it this week and drive to Muskegon. I'll let you know what it does when I start it.
I have a new tank behind the last bay.
