Is more better
« on: August 01, 2013, 04:55:19 PM »
 ??? ???

Most mci 9's that I looked at have 3 leveling valves.
2 rear - 1 front

Mine has 2 rear- 2 front

I have no ideas as to why.
Is it for a kneeling level?
Any opinions are welcome.

If more is truly better, I could add a few more.   ;D

Although we often refer to those as leveling valves, the correct term is ride height control valves.  Their job is to keep the bus at the right ride height at all times.  Consider that a commercial coach is loading and unloading passengers and baggage all the time.  Therefore these valves automatically adjust according to the load on the suspension.  If there is any manual way to adjust them, it has been added later by an RVer looking to use them for campground leveling.
You don't have to believe everything you think.
