Bus Motor ?

How can a person find out which motor came in his bus? I have a 1988 MCI 102 C3 That had motor out of a Prevost (8-92) which was junk and is gone. The no.# for the bus---1M8GDM9ABJPO42058

On my three coaches the build sheet was available from Prevost and that listed the information and serial number of the engine originally installed (along with the serial numbers of transmission, front axle, differential, etc.)

But each coach also had an aluminum plate attached to the rear electric box that had the engine serial number, build date, DDEC level and engine model.

I have to believe MCI has the same available.

The serial numbers says it was a 8 cylinder it could have been a 8v71 or 8v92 the 6v92 was the only other option in 1988 for the C
