Snow
« on: November 12, 2013, 07:00:31 AM »
We are in Tucson, AZ this week and headed to Palm Springs CA this weekend but heard that Berrien Springs was pounded last night. Here are some photos friends sent us of the carnage. Just before we left, I checked the 10 day forecast and decided it would be a good idea to insulate and heat wire tape our water lines and fire up our luggage bay electric heater cubes. Photo included of my styrofoam water spigot insulator. Glad I did so...bus will be toasty when we return...and hopefully sans any mice. Traps are set just in case one of them somehow managed to get inside.

"Touched"  bwaaaa haaaaa!   That's an understatement :)

We are on the Carolina coast and its supposed to drop below freezing and possibly snow tonight.   Stupid weather.  We are not quite prepared for this.

The coach is currently rocking back and forth from the wind and we are snuggled up around the portable oil filled heater.

Hope you make it back safely Scott.  You all are crazy. We pray this turns into a mild winter for you both.

-Sean

Sean, you guys have three times the body-induced BTU's that we have. I feel a Family snuggle coming on. You guys can't escape the clutches of the cold! Muha. So, can I "tag-you're-it" you on the bus club? Or does it have to be a phone call? :) Craig, we are driving from Tucson to Palm Springs on Friday and should pass thru Phx around 11:30 pm give or take...we could buz by you guys. Won't be an overnight trip, just heading up there to the Hilton to sing for a private event there for the weekend, then we fly back to the North Pole....
